Motts Clamato Caesar Cocktail
The Caesar cocktail is a Canadian drink made with Clamato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of hot sauce similar to a Bloody Mary. The top of the glass is rimmed with celery salt and garnished with lime and celery stalk. Some people like to add green olives and a pickle spear instead. Mott's Clamato Caesar's comes in 5 different ready-to-drink flavours and love to be paired with their new best friend, RIMIT.
Directions:
Rim the tops of glasses with lime juice and celery salt and fill the glass about 3/4 full of ice. As an alternative, you could use a sprinkle of Montreal steak seasoning on top of the finished glass.
Add a shot of vodka, a little Worcestershire, and hot sauce to the glass and fill the rest of the glass with Clamato juice. Garnish with whatever you like: celery stalk, pickle spear, green olives, pickled jalapeños, margarita salt, etc.
Classic Michelada
A Michelada is a Mexican cocktail made with beer, lime juice, spices, tomato juice, and chile peppers. It is served ice-cold in a salt-rimmed glass. There are many variations of this tomato-based brew.
